Efficient Water Well Drilling
The modified Sanders TH60DH water well rig is designed to help a crew work safer and faster with less manual labor. With 600 hp and 1850 ft-lb of torque, the rig is ready to work. Nanda Bhagi and Chris Sanders of Sanders Drilling and Lonestar Gas Company aim to present this rig to India, with the goal of saving lives by providing access to clean drinking water. In the last 24 hours, 12.7 million children went without clean drinking water in India, and over 200,000 children died last year from having no water. Through technology and innovations from The Barnett Shale, Sanders Drilling, and Air to Water, our goal is to save every child through drilling and advanced sustainable water technologies. The TH60DH has been modified by Sanders Drilling for 40 years through three different corporations since 1983 starting with
Igersoll-Rand, to Atlas Copco, and now Epiroc. Our goal is to provide fresh clean drinking water and to save lives!
